Roughly two weeks on a Thursday Barbara came to my son house and spoke with my daughter in law. Barbara gave suggestions, listen to want my daughter in law wanted and did measurements. She brought examples and walked us through the process. The following Monday Cesar came out again to do a second measurement. Today Cesar worked from 10:15 to 6:30 putting shades up and half of the house was motorized. He didn’t take a break and demonstrated how the motorized one worked. Attention to detail and he did a great job vaccuming up the areas that needed. We love the shades and I highly recommend Ford Window Treatments.

Cesar who installed our shades was timely, excellent work and left our house spotless. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We installed shades and curtains in five different rooms and all came out perfect. Exceeded my expectations.
