I was locked in (not OUT, in) my apartment last Friday night. Dennis was the first and only person I called, and I'm so glad I did. He was very responsive, professional, and helpful. My deadbolt was a very rare problem but he managed to fix it and even helped present my case in my favor when the landlord called. I strongly recommend Dennis, especially during this challenging time. 5/5.
Dennis was fast and friendly. Me, in a usual rush locked the keys in my Jeep upon exiting. Dennis was able to successfully get me moving again. I called him with a very brief description of my location and he new exactly where I was. Showed up quickly with a positive attitude and was kewl to chat with while he was working on getting the door open. Many thanks, I'll call on his service again for sure if I ever find myself in need.
Thank you Dennis for coming out in a crisis like this. Sadly, I don't work remotely and I left my keys at work last night and nobody was gonna come back to the store to let me in so I was left with no choice. At least I get to enjoy my new lock and new keys during Quarantine. Appreciate the work and your time of course!
