After being spoiled by my previous insurance provider for forty plus years, I had to select a new Provider, and possibly find a new PCP. The search is extremely challenging with hopes of making the right choices; creating new relationships on a positive note; and all before transferring records and having a sense of comfort with a new provider. Well, my first visit was stressful and I was undecided - all of my own anxiety not knowing the outcome while charting a new pathway for my medical care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nancy C. is an outstanding Front desk assistant,She is always helpful, kind, and truly goes the extra mile to support patients. Her compassion, professionalism, and positive attitude make every visit easier and more comfortable. She genuinely cares about people, and it shows in everything she does.The office is very lucky to have her.
