My doctor, his staff just everyone's so friendly. So energetic every time I come in they remember your name. If you call in about a situation or something they remember it's just they are the best period

If there is anyone looking for good doctors Chen medical is the best, in my 40 years experience with different doctors I never had any doctors who cares as much, if I have a cold I can call and get service immediately my doctor is dr saint Eloi he’s just great so are the other doctors and staff, don’t get left behind for good service.

Transportation us always sent so that you arrive at Chen a few minutes before your appt time. You check in and shortly you are taken upstairs where you are weighed and put in a room where your vitals are taken and your PCP comes in. If you have a problem you tell your doctor and steps are taken to correct it. I'm still not sure why I'm being sent to North Miami Chen when I live closer to Chen on NW 22 Ave and 95 Street. Would someone be kind enough to answer that for me since I was told I would be attending the Chen Center closest to where I live???
