I recently called to schedule an appointment for an X-ray referral. The receptionist was unable to provide clear information about the process. After explaining my situation, the call ended abruptly. I was left feeling frustrated and unclear about the next steps. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service.

The staff is just there they don’t greet the patients when they enter the facility like they use to. The facility is not clean as it use to be. I washed my hands in the bathroom and there was no paper towels in the dispenser. The toilet seat was up and it was dirty. I like consistency with my physicians they keep changing. The facility I go to on ne125st services a large amount of Haitians and I wonder if that’s why there is a decline in service. I notice mostly all the black physicians are gone. More Hispanic physicians are practicing at that facility. There use to be teams for the doctors now there are no teams. My wait time was long to be called .
