Training at the Valente Brothers is a high-level experience, with a strong focus on discipline, technique, and real progress.
The methodology is very well structured, with attention to fundamentals and constant progression. The environment is serious and respectful, yet highly motivating, raising the overall standard of all students.
The instructors are extremely technical and detail-oriented, which makes a significant difference in development both on and off the mat.
Overall, it is an ideal place for those looking for true Jiu-Jitsu as self-defense, with consistency, discipline, and a strong mindset.
Going into our 5th year at VB I can surely say it is ther best training place!! Everyone is very professional, patient and will always try their best to be as accommodating as possible. They make you feel welcomed no matter what level you are, inside as well as outside the mat.

I’ve been training at Valente Brothers for 20 years, and I’m still here because of the amazing group of guys I train with. Many of them are like brothers and some of my best friends. The quality of the Academy is second to none, and the friendships I’ve built are with genuine people. Pedro and Gui have an immense amount of knowledge and are always eager to share. This is why I keep coming back again and again.
