There is not enough space here to write how much we enjoyed working with Frank and Damaris! They are a power house of a team - a truly dynamic duo who prides themselves on quality, honesty, transparency. With every small detail, they saw above and beyond and were prepared for next steps before we were! A+, recommended. We were renovating our bathroom. At their showroom they did the time consuming part of curating high quality brands and models to choose from. Usually contractors say « go to xxx (large chain stores) and pick the materials you want when you don’t have enough or no expertise about quality/origin/adequacy/delivery among thousands of options . They spent hours helping us select fixtures that were best for our situation. We chose a Toto toilet, Madeli vanity and porcelain tiles from Italy and Spain. We would buy from them again.
After having a problem with my thermostatic shower valve, I called Frank for a consultation. I had bought it from him 10 years ago when I redid my bathroom. He offered to sell me a new valve, but walked me through the steps of taking it apart and cleaning it. It works like a charm thanks to Frank’s help. I really appreciate his expertise.
