“What an amazing experience all around! I called to make a last minute appointment as a new patient, and I got an appointment without any hassle. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Norma with such a friendly and welcoming smile, I felt like I was their number one patient! Without having to wait, Dr. Shechtman called me; I honestly never had a better experience! Dr. Shechtman is so knowledgeable, efficient, yet thorough, friendly, polite, and patient; he listens, answers any questions, and explains everything. What an incredible professional, with a down to earth attitude! Even though the exam was thorough, it felt like it was very quick; that’s just how pleasant the whole experience was. As soon as I was done, Patricia took me to her desk to navigate through the insurance part of my visit.
