My previous opthalmologist retired so I asked my friend who is a doctor to recommend one to me. She gave me Dr. Jesse Pellitier's contact information and an got an appointment within a week. I found the office to be comfortable, clean and staff very professional, caring, and friendly. I was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I am always anxious when seeing a new doctor, but Dr. Pellitier's kind manner put me at rest right away. He diagnosed my condition, ordered the proper RX and I went on my way, very satisfied knowing I was in the right hands. The RX worked and my condition started to clear up within three days. For me I don't understand the low reviews the young ladies that work the front desk are super professional and attentive. If you have an emergency they almost always can schedule you the same day. The ladies that put the drops in your eyes before the doctor sees you does a terrific job ! Dr Chien fixed my eye problem on my first visit he removed some kind of tiny eye stone under the eyelid that was causing discomfort. Great doctor highly recommend him !

Excellent customer service, all the ladies that I encountered were very professional and courteous. Dr. Pelletier also very professional. Asked if prescribed artificial tears were working and did not try to have me do cataract surgery when I asked about cataract.
