Absolutely amazing service and product by Miami Floor and Design. I have purchased a condo and needed to replace my kitchen countertop and backsplash. Mary, the owner was amazing to communicate with, so kind and accommodating with my time limits and urgency. They have transformed my kitchen into something amazing. The workers who did the work were on time, very clean and efficient. I am super happy and satisfied with the work that they did and would recommend them to my friends and clients. They did not show up for a scheduled quote. They did not call, nor were they available by phone or texting. If they're unreliable to give a quote, I cannot imagine how reliable they would be to do the job itself after you commit!
