I wish I could give them 10 stars! The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. The optometrist, the manager, and the front desk staff were all excellent. I felt incredibly well taken care of from the very first call to schedule my appointment until the moment I left. They also have a great variety of modern, beautiful frames to choose from.
I came in here because I was waiting on an uber and realized I needed to have my sunglasses adjusted because they had been stretched out. The girls in here were so kind and took care of me right away. Diana and Elizabeth are the best! They have such a great selection of glasses here, but I must say, the customer service is superb. This is so important in this day and age where it’s been lost in so many ways. You never forget how people make you feel and I will definitely be back for any future needs because of these two special girls.
I was very happy with the service! Loraine was very nice, taking time explaining how to choose my lenses and very professional ! When I picked up my glasses Adriana was very pleasant! Thank you! The place is clean, has a lot of different glasses and I did not wait! Great! Will definitely go back!
