Serenity made this very difficult and sad time easy. Although I knew my mother was very ill and I knew I should have start preparing for the inevitable, I did not. When she passed I did not know what funeral home to use. A friend had mentioned Serenity to me months ago and remembering the name I told the Hospice nurse to call them for me. I am so glad we went with Serenity, they walked my niece and I through everything that we needed, from helping with the design of the program to ensuring the funeral went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially to someone who is clueless on where to start. Thanks Serenity for holding our hands through this process.
I would like to say thank you for your care for my grandmother, especially Julie and keyla , they help me to transfer my grandmother to my country, I felt their compassion in this process, because for me was terrible. But they helped with all documentation required to come back to my country. I really appreciate their help and love.
