The poorest customer Service experience I have ever experience in history, first the old man who did my nails seem he had a nerve,my phone died so I was unable to access my virtual card, as my manual card was lost.I told the unprofessional young man I live five minutes from the shop, to let me go get my charger, this man and another old lady followed me to my car took pics of my plates,screaming, as I charge my phone in my car, all for 30 dollars that I just chould not access until my phone died, this crazy man told me to leave my purse and kids to guarantee payment, I ask him if he was on drugs,my phone would not charge in the car so I had to come get my charger,talk... read full review

Hmmm. Well, I am satisfied with my pedicure, however, this salon is not clean at all. From the towels to the floor, and nail stations. I came in the early morning, so I was immediately seated. I had on a dress, so a towel was placed over my legs, but the towel was full of debris and hair. I'm not sure if the same towel was used for every customer that needed a leg covering, but I could tell it was not clean. The shop, floor, and stations are very unkept. I don't think they sweep much here. I get that the shop has been here for many years but that's no excuse. I should have listened to the reviews. My first time there and the service was horrible.Nail tech could not communicate. There is no price list. When you ask prices you get a major attitude. She did not file my nails properly, I politely pointed it out to her and she just pulled my hand and acted annoyed. I could go on and on about my first visit. Don’t waste your time and money.
