Came here a few times and never had such a bad experience. Normally there is a different lady doing the nails and maybe that’s why. One has the nerve to be mad at me because I showed her a picture and she did not do the same color on the picture. I noticed on the 3rd nail and she said it was too late to change which was already weird because that’s 2.5/10 nails and it could’ve easily been fixed. I was getting French tip so the acrylic color is very important. She then continued the whole 2 hands with the wrong color then put the correct color on top. Now it’s too thick. My pedicure was painful she , was rough. She didn't cut my toe nails down , I left with long toe nails and had to go to another nail salon to repolish my toes and trim them down. I was wondering why I was the only one in the nail salon the whole time. The whole time she did my pedicure not one customer came in ?. I will never go back again

The owner of this shop can't be trusted. My husband and I purchased her Groupon to get pedicures after he asked her if she had the time to honor them, it was 6:30pm. She said yes. She takes him first and tells me to sit down. I needed a break from the fumes so I stepped out for a while. When I come back in she asks what kind of pedicure and I asked if an option fell within the Groupon rules....then she proceeds to tell me she isn't accepting Groupon through the rest of the year and says she told my husband that. She lied in our face and I told her if that was the case why on earth did you say something different and why were we able to purchase the Groupon 5... read full review
