I went back to this nail salon after a few years because I needed to get my nails done at the last minute. I was highly dissatisfied with the previous owners so I stopped giving them my business. This nail salon has been under new management for about a year and the service and new staff are great. I'm truly satisfied and wil return.Services: Manicure

While at D’Amour Nails, the technician Anna was very rough with my hands. I told her she was being rough and my hands are not puppet’s hands. I’m not sure if she did not hear or understand me. She continued to handle my hands roughly. While I was washing my hands, the same nail tech decided to change the towel rack beside me, leaving the rack out. As I went to walk back to my seat, the open towel rack scratched my leg. When I brought this to her attention, she began laughing. The black polish that she put on my nails wasn’t polished on the sides. I asked her to polish the sides. A different nail tech polished my nails to get the sides. Covid update!Salon not following social distancing protocol nor mask requirements for guests. Salon does not clean each station after each guest. UPS guy arrived with no mask. Clients getting eyebrows done, no mask. They sit clients side by side to each other, meaning shared manicure tables and you are almost brushing shoulders with a client next to you. I wont be back.
