Renee is an exceptional and highly knowledgeable esthetician who truly understands melanated skin. She provided an in-depth analysis using both advanced AI tools and her own expertise, then created a customized skincare routine tailored to my skin type and goals. I appreciate that she focuses on natural, non-harsh products and never tries to upsell—even though she carries an excellent product line. I was very satisfied with the King Facial service and will definitely be returning.
Renee took her time to thoroughly explain all the subtleties that go beyond faces and to teach you the ins and outs of your regimens. If you're seeking for a natural-looking face, I definitely recommend her.
My appointment was fine, Dr. Bibi was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to answer my concerns. The front desk however was so rude. The receptionist (didn’t get her name, she was some sort of south asian and had a lot of scars on her face) was so rude and inpatient. I had questions about my copay and if i would have to send my EOB to them once I receive it since normally I end up owing less after. She was annoyed with my question and was very much acting like a mean girl. I was nothing but kind and was just genuinely asking as I just turned 26 and this is my first time using my own insurance.
