My technician (Phil, I think) was EXCELLENT. He was polite, prompt, thorough, & went above & beyond to remove tree roots that were embedded in the pipes. He also caulked or glued a piece under the toilet that wasn’t fastened properly to begin with. The pricing was fair for all he did. I was very happy with the service today.
