John was very professional. He could have sold me a new unit. But he cleaned mine checked the pressures. And now it's working like new and it's 20 years old. I would recommend them to anybody. The other companies just want to sell you new equipment. I will call them again if I ever need service. Thanks again

The technician John is a very experienced and friendly person. However, a 70% increase for the service charge compared to last year's was a shocker. And this company has priced themselves out of contention for the next service. It's a shame I really trusted them.Sorry to see that Marty's has been closed since Ian.I just had another tune-up and had to realize that last year's service was actually within reason, as the freon cost was the reason for the increase of the last service. Back at maximum stars.I wish them the best to resume service soon,

They came quickly, gave a very fair and reasonable quote and got right to work getting the job done quickly and professionally.
