Was fit and lifted and did sports in my youth. A decade off and injuries created sometimes near debilitating compensatory movements and i have been in the gym myself and to physical therapists. Not discrediting the PT’s or going to the gym solo but the most improvement ive found in getting my body moving how it used to has come from freedom fitness and their expertise as many exercises they are adjusted for my compensations and have drastically helped my body in only three months
amazing gym to go to, everybody is so nice including the instructors , i never skip a class , i love it here!!
