Arrived early to appointment, super professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem within 15mins. Would absolutely use them again, thanks again to technician Nick and Chill Squad!
They use modern tech, have knowledgeable staff, and provide quick, courteous service. Had a minor issue with their phone service not routing calls so I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone during business hours. I went through their website chat feature and they eventually called me back. They acknowledged the phone issue and even honored standard pricing for after hours service due to the issue. Very grateful for that, and very grateful they came out tonight! Thank you Nick, hope you made it back before the pizza got cold!
Great company to deal with ,they have take care of all my HVAC service including installing a new unit. Very pleased the tech Devin was on top of his game. I would give them more than 5 stars.
