I don't understand why I have not received my W2 from 2021! I have made numerous calls since 2021....mind you 2 Years....still haven't received. Now it's March 2023. No 2021 or 2022 W2.

Never responded to 8 messages for further information, was never responsive. Had to have work redone with another firm due to incomplete forms. Sorry...wanted it to work...they just blew it for me...

I use Mark Smith for my taxes and I couldn't think of anyone I would rather use. I would rather caddy for Charles Barkley than deal with taxes and Mark makes it seamless while brining a light hearted approach to the entire process. The guy knows his stuff and I trust him to get the best return for my family and I. Great guy with a great staff that I recommend to every one that asks.
