Honest Air Conditioning, now part of the Conditioned Air team, has served the South Florida community since 2000. They are committed to providing superior service and running a successful company. Customers describe their experiences as great all around. Technicians have been called professional, helpful, timely, thorough, prompt, and courteous. One customer's AC was fixed in a timely manner after the problem was explained. Another received a thorough and professional job servicing their AC systems. However, one customer experienced an issue with a new AC unit installation from Conditioned Air approximately one year prior. A drain line was not inserted into the AC unit, causing it to drip into insulation and drywall for an entire year. Despite numerous contacts, the customer reported receiving the runaround and never hearing back. This resulted in the need to cut out and replace drywall and insulation due to the poor work. This customer described the company as having the worst customer service ever encountered.
Valdano was so professional and helpful. He explained the problem and fixed our air in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. The lovely woman who answers the calls deserves a shout out too. 😊 Great experience all around.
We recently had our AC serviced and would like to give a shout out to Alix, who did a very thorough and professional job servicing our AC systems. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. We hope to see Alix again to service our AC next time!
Approximately 1 year ago we had a new AC unit installed by Conditioned Air. In October of this year, we noticed a wet spot on our garage ceiling where the AC unit is housed. My husband went into the attic to investigate, and the drain line was not inserted into the AC unit! So, for an entire year the drain line was dripping into the insulation then into the drywall ceiling. We have contacted Conditioned Air numerous times since the initial discovery and Lynn at the Ft. Myers office keeps giving us the runaround- she’ll call back, let me check into that and guess what? We never hear back from her! In the initial call with Conditioned Air, we were scolded for not purchasing the maintenance package when the new unit was installed. However, the maintenance package wouldn’t have helped the improperly installed drain line. Due to the poor work installed by Conditioned Air we had to cut out the drywall and replace it and the insulation. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
