My wife and I (35 & 37) were looking for a personal trainer close by and found Jeff! We train there twice a week together which is perfect for us. Jeff is very knowledgeable and has always something different prepared for us so we can work out together at the same time. No session gets boring this way.His studio is very clean and spacious, just perfect for having a huge variety of possible exercises.We both recommend him highly if you want to get in shape and want to train with a partner or friend at the same time!
Jeff Hoover knows his craft for sure. He tailors your workout to be challenging and measures your progress. The facility is immaculate a definite example of Jeff’s attention to detail!
I cannot recommend Jeff enough! Along with his full spectrum knowledge of fitness, his sessions are varied and you are always doing something new. He is very passionate about what he does and it would be a mistake to pass him up if he has any availability! He is very professional and provides a comfortable environment to learn and improve in. 10/10
