Customer service is not as common nowadays. I was pleasantly surprised with this business and the employees. I did have an issue with the rental as expected with any business from time to time. It was how they handled the issue that waranted 5+ stars. This establishment feels like a family owned mom-and-pop place, and the employees actually seem to like their job. Management must be doing something right. I'll definitely be back for my rental needs.

Rented a floor surfacer. You have to buy the blades for the grinder which were $300 and then the grinder was $300 itself. I had nothing but problems with my grinder. It would overheat even though I used water and vacuum to keep cool. Then it just straight broke. Fan would run on the motor but it wouldn't turn. Luckily they refunded my money for the grinder rental. The guy finishing my floor was kind and didn't charge me extra for finishing the prep work I promised would be done.

We needed to rent a floor scraper for a remediation project we were working on but something was wrong with our account. We ended up renting it with a personal card, instead of the business card to save time. Today, I called to extend the rental and spoke with CJ. He extended the rental and we hung up. He called back about 15 minutes later and said he figured out how to resolve the issue with the account. He also created an online account to make renting in the future easier. Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure we were taken care of! Awesome customer service!
