I am so incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Hoy at Okaloosa Family Dentist. I experienced the most uncomfortable dental emergency of my life, and after countless visits to other dentists and specialists, I decided to give Dr. Hoy a chance after hearing amazing reviews and recommendations from people at my gym. From the moment I walked in, I felt an extraordinary sense of comfort. Dr. Hoy is professional, kind, honest, and truly a wonderful human being. When it comes to my health, I take great care in choosing the right people to partner with, and I feel beyond blessed to have been directed to him. His care and expertise are unmatched, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me during such a difficult time. His entire staff has been amazing as well. Very caring people. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. It’s hard to put into words just how thankful I am to have found Dr. Hoy!
I’ve been a patient for about 9 months. Immediate disclaimer is that I despise going to the dentist. The sounds, the smells, the splashes on spit water on your face. As a designer the open concept dentists choose to implement is atrocious. The hygienist that has done my visits has been “alright” and during my last visit I went in with the intention of requesting someone else, or choosing to drive back to GA to my old dentist. I show up and to my luck I have a new hygienist named Casey. Honestly I almost walked out because I wasn’t notified of this, but I’m glad I chose to stay. She was understanding & RESPECTFUL of my apprehension, had a very gentle touch, and the experience was just quick & painless. So as long as Casey is my hygienist, I’ll be a happy customer.
