I went in today for a terrible toothache. I wasn’t sure what they could do, but I just needed some relief. I was greeted at reception by Lele who had a big welcoming smile that put me at ease immediately. Sheri was my nurse; she was kind, considerate and also made me feel comfortable. When you are met with forced concern and a fake smile… you recognize it immediately. These women were genuine in their concern and made you feel like you had gone there for years. I was awake all night feeling like death. I waited for them to open because of how horrible HCA is now. I really love the staff here. They have ALWAYS been kind and helpful. After my appointment I was able to breathe again. Sleep is coming shortly after this review. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you simple as that. Honestly they could go and teach HCA a thing or two about how to treat people. Thank you ladies for always being so kind. It's good to know some nurses and doctors really care.

My wife and I have been to Niceville Urgent care 4 times in the last year. Each time the medical care was excellent in all respects. Twice, our copay was not credited and when I called the billing office, they tried to convince me that I had not actually paid or the credit card company had made a mistake. I persisted because I had documentary proof. They never asked to see my proof but they yielded after I persisted.
