This program will help you lose the weight. No doubt. I lost 22 pounds in 40 days. My blood pressure is better than it ever has been and my blood sugar has come down dramatically. I would suggest, if being treating by your primary doctor for anything, make sure they are on board with the program so they can help to monitor your numbers as well.
