First time trying this Gym. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated so personally . The class I took was an awesome workout that Amy T lead. Lana at the front desk gave me a tour of the facility. It is huge!! Daycare for your kids while you train!! There is something for everyone here. Plenty to do and clean and spacious. I will definitely be signing up.!! Must try!!!!

I Promise you that this is the best gym with in 100 miles! I’ll make the 20 minute drive from Destin to come here! Staff makes you feel like family. Great environment of like minded people trying to better themselves! Awesome group classes and great equipment to fit every individuals needs! Best gym in our Area 🙌

Really love coming to this gym! All of the staff are super friendly and the gym is consistently really clean. They have tons of great classes and a daycare so I always recommend it to everyone!
