Dropped in from NY and loved the gym. Even with the heat, the air flow and fans kept it cool and manageable. Great class at 0530 and enjoyed my class. Would recommend for a drop in while on vacation

I dropped in for a class while visiting Destin with my mom, and we had an great experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, and the coach was incredibly kind, encouraging, and made us feel right at home. The gym was very clean, well organized, and had such a positive atmosphere. Whether you’re local or just visiting like we were, I’d definitely recommend stopping by for a workout. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Great time working out at this gym with my daughter while on vacation. Tara was very helpful with my form, especially since I never did a clean jerk before. Highly recommend this gym.
