Nice staff and doctor - horrible service. It seems practically every time I go to the dispensary the doctors office has messed up my prescription- taken off random things (usually the only prescription I actually use) or failed to update my card after our appointment. This has led to massive wastes of time and gas money ( I live 45 min from the nearest dispensary) and me having to call several times to get ahold of someone to find out why my profile is messed up yet again after confirming it multiple times during my appointment. I’ll be switching doctors as soon as possible to avoid anymore issues, once is a mistake - 4/5 times is negligence.

Dr. Banks has been my doctor for the past 10 years. His recent staff change has Hurt the quality of service today. The new staff does Not know what they are doing and makes you feel like it's Your Fault for them not knowing or doing their job. Today I called in to schedule a zoom appt because I have an ear ache, needless to say, I'm calling Teledoc for help!! New Staff is Rude and extremely incompetent. Extremely heart broken because Dr. Banks is honestly a great doctor, it's his new staff that's hurting his practice.

The experience I had with Dr Gary Banks was was wonderful from the moment I entered the facilities. the staff was very professional from being to end. the receptionist was sweet and bubbly I didn't even get a chance to hardly sit down, before they called me to the back. the nurse that Drew my blood was kind as well and did a good job. It only took one try and I have very small veins. the doctor he was phenomenal he explained everything to me and for detail and listen to my concerns. and I also had a wonderful experience with the office manager she was very warm and Knowledgeable she made sure everything went smoothly couldn't ask for a better doctor and facility and staff...read full review
