If you ever need a practice to hold your hand through the ups and downs of your child’s health, this is the practice! We have primarily seen Dr. Kelly, Nurse Catherine, and Dr. Crews for the past 11 years and across 6 kids. The entire practice staff are informative, supportive and ready to help navigate all health questions and connect your family with any health services you need.
Absolutely fabulous team here. Every staff member from the front desk to the providers assistants and the providers themselves have always been so kind and compassionate to my children.
I have to say that Jen Carroll, PA, is one of the most professional, compassionate and attentive providers I've ever met. I'm so incredibly thankful for her and her expert guidance in caring for my two kiddos these past few days.
Dr. Otero MD is by far the best doctor I’ve ever been around ! She made sure not only was my baby healthy and a plan was set up for her but me and my husband also. She always goes above and beyond. I’m glad we found a doctor like her. The front desk, PA, and all other staff is amazing also.
