I left feeling pretty disappointed after my recent visit. The shop was busy, which I completely understand, and I had already been waiting for more than 30 minutes. After the stylist finished with the client ahead of me, they spent several more minutes chatting instead of cleaning up or preparing for the next appointment.
When I was finally called over, I was asked if I could keep waiting so they could take a break. I completely understand that breaks are necessary, but after already waiting that long, it felt frustrating and a bit unprofessional.
Overall, the experience just didn’t feel well managed, and better communication would have gone a long way.

Great service for a kids haircut and not too expensive compared to competition. Cash only. Didn’t have enough money to pay but she understood and I will pay the rest next time!

Rachael always done a wonderful job cutting my son’s hair. He can be picky and he has never had an issue with her haircuts. He won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is very friendly and it’s a nice clean shop.

Took my dad for a hair cut. He lo ed it. They were very accommodating when I wheeled him in. This is a real family place. I bring me my daughter husband mom and dad.
