It's not very often you find a company like the one Colton has cultivated here with Honesty A.C., they are quite literally their name. We are brand new to the area having undertaken a 15+ hour move from Texas and have barely been in Florida 2 months. Within 30 days of our AC being serviced by another local company, it went downhill rapidly and stopped working. We reached out and Megan in their office had us scheduled for an appointment the very next day (this alone was impressive on 100⁰+ HOT days and alot of people having AC issues). Colton responded within a few minutes of calling his office, on a late Friday afternoon, just after Hurricane Helene, and came within a short time to check out A/C compressor as it was not cooling using our generator. He quickly assessed a couple of issues, replaced the capacitor, etc. It was dark as he was finishing. After our power was restored he returned to check the wiring. We recommend Colton for his efficiency, professionalism, quick response and communication before and after service. We highly recommend him. Thank you, Colton.
Outstanding job and great company. I had an emergency on Tuesday and Colton the manager responded within minutes of me making the call. He was able to get me going for the afternoon; Colton sent his service technician Steve out the following morning to complete a more thorough repair of my AC unit. The service was great, Steve and Colton both were very professional and responsive to my needs. I made several calls to other AC businesses prior to getting in touch with Honesy AC and they were all too busy to respond. Colton came off another active job site to assist me.
