A year-long project is a source of continuous creativity. We take much pride in this renovation. My coastal design inspiration revolved around both intimacy and solitude. Originally built in the 80s, the place was the most neglected unit in the entire complex. Walters did a complete overhaul of the walls and all interior components, including relocating air ducts, sprinkler systems, and raising some recessed ceilings.Dave Hardy and his team are not only excellent but they are so nice and care about every detail. The condo management was very appreciative of their professionalism.

Our church had a small job that needed attention that our staff was not equipped to complete. Brent arranged to have the work completed very quickly and efficiently without delay. Great guy to work with.

Walters Construction built my dream home in 2019. I worked with Ronnie and Dave which were both kind and efficient. Between the supers and the ladies in the office, their attention to detail, quick communication, follow through and willingness to help has always been phenomenal. Having interviewed several builders prior to buying this house, I’m glad I have a Walters home because their quality and integrity are unmatched. Brent was professional and easy to communicate and work with!
