I call total air the company sent out
HVAC employee it was fixed right away. The only issue I have now my old thermostat wasn't switch out with a new. Now I have to purchase a new one .
Technician was here promptly. He explained everything in detail that was being done and needed to be done. He was thorough, professional, and courteous.
If we have any more issues, we will be calling them again. Highly recommend!
I have 12 a/c units at my estate. I would never again use any company outside of Total Air for for HVAC work! Fair reliable honest trustworthy and has always done the “right thing” by me the homeowner even going so far as to fixing other hvac vendor mistakes! Great company great people.
