Cheryl and the staff at Thairapy are SUPERB!! They are professional, kind, and experts! Not to mention how reasonably priced they are. I have been coming here for years. I don’t let anyone else treat my skin and you shouldn’t either. I follow her pre-care and post care instructions to the letter (no sun, etc.) for my treatments and get my desired results. I noticed some people in these reviews mention how it is hard to get an appointment, but if you text their number they get back to you quick. Cheryl is busy since she’s the best at what she does but she always makes time to fit me in. I highly recommend. I always leave happy. Five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a Groupon but this business never responded to any of my calls to try to set up an appointment. I called, emailed, no response. When I went to the location it was closed. The sign on the door said "By appointment only ". It has been over 2 weeks and no one has called me back. Groupon will not refund my money, just gives Groupon credit which honestly does me no good in this situation. Do not buy unless you can actually get an appointment first.

I had laser hair removal done, and I'm thrilled with the results! Cheryl is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, so I knew what to expect. My favorite thing I have ever done for myself! You have to follow her suggestions and do ALL of your treatments in order for it to work. Don’t just do 3 or 4. You must follow her guidelines and it will work. Also you must have the RIGHT kind of hair! The darker and thicker the better!Service: Laser hair removal

So for the office itself and the staff absolutely great! Carol was very professional and kind throughout my 7-8 treatments I had preformed, but the laser treatments did not work at all. I still have to shave my face every few days the hair growth coming in is still dark and thick, my face is jus patchy now. So would I recommend, I guess not cause it didn’t work…. Very nice but after two visits, my eyebrows still have a blank spot and are darker than I asked for. I have to use a blond eyebrow pencil every day to lighten them. My eyeliner is non existent.

I have been coming in all year for treatments and always have a great experience. I don’t feel as though the laser hair removal treatments are painful at all and it’s made a huge difference in my quality of life to have it done. I plan on adding on more now that I’ve seen what a difference it has made. Cheryl is knowledgeable, warm, and great at what she does.
