Had a nice pedicure, very relaxing. Also a regular manicure - I don't have gel nails but the manicurist dremeled my cuticles and base of nails. The polish only stayed fresh for about 4 days and when I removed it a had dents and white marks in my nail beds. Thankfully I wasn't charged for the manicure. I had made an appointment online on Facebook but when I came in they didn't know anything about an appointment - weren't busy so it wasn't a problem.
I have to say that this is my second time here and my daughter's fourth time and we have never had anything but a great time. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very family-like. Today, I had the pearl deluxe pedicure and it was AMAZING!!!! What a great relief after a 5k on the beach!! This location is clean (bathroom checked, too), super professional, and take pride in their work. They are located behind Twistee Treet (giant ice cream cone) towards the corner of the strip mall. The cool thing is if you play your cards right, there are martini specials and half off pasta specials on certain days next door. ;)
Ocean Nails is a lovely salon: light, bright, clean and comfortable. My services of a dip manicure and deluxe pedicure were both great! Meno is friendly, helpful, patient and professional. I have found my favorite nail salon in NSB!
