Extremely kind and nice! Diagnosed my computer same day. Was in town for vacation and couldn't wait on parts and she didn't even charge for diagnosis, I did the repair myself and she was right! Highly reccommend!

My HP laptop had gray screen. I thought I could fix that myself. YouTube and AI were used. Followed prompts and no luck. Did this several times. I had listings to post. Pictures to transfer. I went to NSB computers. Greeted by Nicky. The normal tech was out on a call. I got a little panicky as it was close to closing time. Nicky took my laptop back and within a few minutes she made a new lifelong customer. She’s great and I appreciated her doing what she did.
