He is every bit of a highly trained professional who operates with the customer's specific needs in mind in an easy going and personable manner at all times. He has always been spot-on in troubleshooting and diagnosing my problems and always takes the time to explain resulting findings in a clear concise manner in layman's terms. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my equipment. Plus, the big payoff is he is willing to make house calls!!! Thank you for all you do Jason keep up the excellent service!!!
Such a great experience with this shop! Jason & Susan (& Buddy) are so very nice. Welcoming, knowledgeable, so helpful. I was very impressed with the service at this shop - Jason worked hard with me (without trying to upsell anything at all), trying to fix a laptop that ultimately could not be fixed. I ended up buying a refurbished one & he transferred everything for me. Bumpy road to a great, usable laptop through no fault of anyone but he got it done. I also thought the charge was very reasonable for the work & hassle he went through. Feel like we all became friends through the process. Highly recommend this shop & owners!
Tremendous thanks to Jason at the Computer Shop for recovering data from my failed external hard drive. Had been told by another shop (several years ago) that I would need to send it out for forensic recovery which might cost $1000. Since it contained years worth of digital pics of my children’s childhoods, I had just held into for years waiting for a time when I could afford that. I recently decided to get a second opinion and Jason and his team figured out the power module (chip) was the issue. They were able to power it another way and save all my data and pictures.
