Tremendous thanks to Jason at the Computer Shop for recovering data from my failed external hard drive. Had been told by another shop (several years ago) that I would need to send it out for forensic recovery which might cost $1000. Since it contained years worth of digital pics of my children’s childhoods, I had just held into for years waiting for a time when I could afford that. I recently decided to get a second opinion and Jason and his team figured out the power module (chip) was the issue. They were able to power it another way and save all my data and pictures. My experience with owner Jason has been excellent. He is the one to go to for computer problems or questions. He has both fixed and answered my computer issues. He even helped me with my cell phone! He is patient and will teach you at the same time. Most importantly, with all of the confidentiality involved, he has proven he and his business can be trusted.
Jason is just amazing with computers he’s worked on mine for the last 2years and has just been so.Patient with me and my questions. He fixed my computer and went above and beyond. So if you need anything done go see him he’s very knowledgeable and very reasonable priced.
