We have been coming here for 3 years now for our cat and every single doctor and nurse we have had so far has been nothing less than AMAZING. Recently we have been seeing Dr. Reno and he is wonderful! They are truly caring, sweet and really takes the time to explain everything in great detail and answer all of our questions with patience. Wonderful! Staff was so good to my dog Sampson. He is afraid and aggressive bcz of past trauma and they treated him with the utmost care and respect. They are very knowledgeable about their care and about any issues my dog had. We were new and so I didn’t know what to expect…They treated us with kindness and let us make the choices on what to do after they told us the options. Also, gave us estimates on certain care so that my husband and I could make reasonable decisions. Would recommend to friends and family!
Brought my cat here for an emergency visit because he wasn’t eating and had a fever for 3 days. Dr. Ferullo saw him right away and offered several courses of action after I explained my cat’s symptoms. The courses of action ranged from least to most invasive. Emergency laparoscopy surgery was one of them and they were able to perform it that day which was a lifesaver for my sweet boy. I felt so bad for putting him under the knife, but the staff at NSBAMC made me feel calm and comfortable with the procedure.
