I was passing through the area on my boat and needed a physical and vacs for my dog before going to the Bahamas. The office staff worked to get me in and everyone was super friendly at the clinic upon arrival and throughout the visit. Dr Jackson was wonderful. She took the time to research what I needed for my pet permit, and spent time discussing options with me for completing the process. Following my visit, Dr Jackson called with the results of Nemo’s lab work, then followed up with the lab upon realizing a panel wasn’t done, and then called me again to discuss the positive results of tick born diseases. Our initial appt. was the most professional and thorough vet examination we have seen. Dr. Jackson put together an intensive plan to restore our dog to health. The appt. was on Friday. The clinic called Monday to check our pet's progress. Couldn't have asked for a better response to our situation!

1st time here, needed a vet for our 15 year old cat during our one month FL stay. This place will now be our vet-away-from-home ! Our cat was VERY ill with a UTI-the vet took her time examining Sadie, & explaining everything to us. The tech was very gentle with Sadie who is very leery of strangers. Very impressed !
