Phenomenal value. Even at peak hours, there is enough equipment for everyone. The gym is kept cool, and the patrons are all friendly. This would easily be my local gym if I lived here.
They really need to replace the dumbbells… they are all worn and plastic shrounding crumbling off getting in your eyes mid set. Equipment is so old, the place is like a dungeon. There are also people who bring their children after hours and on off days and they get in the way/run around. Other than these few problems it’s a good gym. Staff is friendly.
It's a great gym, great people run the classes and we appreciate that they participate with Silver Sneakers. The downside is if you don't sign up exactly 48 hours in advance via the Internet, you don't get into a class because the space is too small. If you're not computer savvy or unable to sign up exactly 48 hours in advance, you lose out. ☹️
