Growing up in New Smyrna Beach, most everyone knows a “Hickson Home” when you see it and some like my husband and myself even dream of building one! Our dream of building a custom home with them hasn’t been fulfilled yet BUT that is because we at the spur of the moment last fall had a custom “Hickson” resale fall in our laps within the Florida Days community! We jumped at the opportunity to list our current house and the rest is history! We are enjoying being a part of this quiet, laidback lifestyle on our dream front porch overlooking the park! We love “coming home” to Florida Days!
We actually haven’t had any construction done from this company personally but we live next door to a house being build. There has been lots of rain and run off from the job site onto our property and the brand new very expensive shell we had place was saturated with dirt! Being largely pregnant currently I decided to message them and make sure it was cleaned up and retention was made for the property to prevent this from happening again. The foreman came over and had the guys get the retention and clean our shell! In dealing with construction companies in the past I didn’t think it would’ve been this smooth but it was! I’m very impressed and thankful it was taken care of in a timely manner! Keep up the good work and if we need any construction I know who we’ll be calling! Thank you so much again!!!
