I have used the DelMar company for 2 separateremodels in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The 1st was our unit 226, which wastotally gutted down to the concrete block walls. A third shower was added upstairs and a total redo throughout the entire unit. The 2ndwas our condo 204, which was a 'softer'remodel, redoing kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and adding beautiful built ins to each bedroom and tile flooring throughout the entire unit.The 2 times I have worked with DelMar, I found them and their subcontractors extremely knowledgeable and professional. Del Mar Construction has always been there when we need them. They have worked on my mothers home several times. I live out of state and unfortunately can not be there to help her. Whenever she has a project or a home repair we call Del Mar construction. They have always been honest and fair with their pricing and when we call their office someone always answers the phone and/or returns our emails. They are very friendly and extremely helpful to work with. They have wonderful interior designers on staff. The designers and owners are all up to date on all the new trends (plus things you have never seen before only in the magazines)!!! Last year one of their homes were featured in the parade of homes because of all the wonderful work they did to it. I would highly recommend this company for any and all your construction needs.
