This shop is excellent! Manager (Michael) is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. The technicians are excellent and trustworthy. They stick to appointment times and are ALWAYS friendly and respectful to customers. They always explain and are respectful and I never feel like they are taking advantage of my vehicle ignorance. I have been taking all my vehicles to Firestone Complete Auto Care for many years. Many locations in many different cities. This location is the absolute best one that I have been to from scheduling, to the greeting when dropping off the vehicle, to communication, to the time required for repairs and finally to the pickup.
We had a last minute emergency situation toward the end of their business day. This location helped us patch our tire expeditiously and the customer service was fantastic too. Would highly recommend this location!
