About Beach Vision
Beach Vision is a highly recommended optometrist with a thorough and comprehensive approach to eye care. The staff is pleasant, professional, and caring, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Patients praise Dr. Register's clear explanations of their findings and his thoroughness in exams. The clinic offers a wide selection of frames and accepts Veteran Eye Care through the Community Care program, making it a great choice for many years of care. The office is housed in a charming old fire station, and the staff go the extra mile to retrieve previous records and prescriptions. Recent updates include the addition of new machines that allow for photographing the back of the eye, often eliminating the need for dilation, and new doctors like Dr. Sullenberger and Dr. Brantley who are thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Some patients noted that the exam process can take longer than usual due to dilation and expressed a preference for mask-wearing to be optional, but overall, the experience remains positive and professional.
The staff is so patient! It took my daughter over an hour to learn how to get contacts in and out, but with their positive energy, she finally did it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is. My family and I had our annual eye appointments with Dr. Register. He is so thorough. The office staff is great! They helped me with a contact situation one day when I was in a bind and on another occasion REALLY helped my daughter. She had a double case of pink eye and was in a lot of pain. She went to urgent care and suffered for a week. She was in so much pain she just stopped in to see if Beach Vision could help a week later. Dr. Register quickly fit her in and prescribed the right medicine and she was feeling better in no time. Thanks again. What you do makes a difference in people’s lives!!
