I had a sudden power surge over the weekend which caused my a/c to make a loud unusual noise. A repair technician showed up on a Sunday and told me everything was fine. The power surge had caused an imbalance in the pressures which resulted in extreme vibrations. They did not charge me for the service call. First impressions are everything. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and dedication to resolve this so quickly. Thank you so much !

Recently called Johnny Cool and they came out the same day.Unfortunately my system had Freon leak and it was an old unit and I needed a new one.I have been shopping around prior and his price for a new unit was better than any quote that I was given. They came out 2 days later and installed new unit with a very professional install crew.. My family is very happy we have ice cold air and heat when we need it.I would highly recommend this company for any AC or heating needs.
