After I chose my product selection (hybrid water tank + RO system), he set a date for the work order completion and personally came down to finish the work. The whole work was done in 5 hours. He patiently answered all my questions about the system and how to do proper maintenance. He is a qualified professional with the knowledge to go along with it.
