I bought an old farmhouse & mobile home, located at the top of the property, that hadn't been updated in many years. I met with Jeremy and we chatted about the expectations, and plan moving forward. Jeremy wrote a full quote and received a deposit. He started work the next morning. I found Jeremy easy to communicate with, he explains everything well and cleans up. Everything looks fantastic, I receive nothing but compliments on his work/ remodel. I bought an old farmhouse that hadn't been lived in for quite some time. I was referred to Jeremy, we chatted about the job and expectations. Jeremy received a deposit after he gave me a written quote and began work the next morning. He laid new floors, drywall, texture, painted, bathroom remodel, new lighting, beautiful shiplap walls, siding repairs, plumbing repairs, built pergolas and repainted outside entirely. The scope of the work from the original quote changed dramatically and so obviously did the price.
