It’s always a relief to find a contractor who goes the extra mile without trying to nickel-and-dime you. I had a fantastic experience with Mitchell and Sons Roofing. I contacted them to repair some missing shingles, and their estimate was very reasonable compared to others I received.
They performed a full inspection and sealed up several additional crevices and potential leak points that weren't even in the original quote. They really took care of me; it’s clear they are very experienced based on my multiple conversations with them, and I can’t recommend them enough. Had a great experience with Mitchell and Sons Roofing. Contacted them about a month ago and got an estimate. Called them back and said let’s do it. Within 3 days they had the permit pulled and the job completed on 2 1600 sf duplexes. They have a great crew and really did an excellent job. They put in a lot of effort to keep the job site clean. Would definitely recommend
Overall I was very happy with the work performed. Eric listened to my concerns and picked up the phone when I called with questions. He organized and supervised a reliable crew at the site. Everything was completed on time with the quality as promised.
